We only accept cash as the payment method.


Delays


Clients arriving late will forfeit the corresponding amount of time out of respect for the other clients and therapist’s work. If, however, you are asked to wait for us, we in turn guarantee you the full length of your session or an equivalent compensantion.

Please note that your treatment begins on the hour you have reserved. Please foresee a few minutes for preparation. Prior to most sessions, a health assessment must be completed.


Cancellations


We honour and respect the time slot reserved for you. This should be so for you as well. We therefore kindly ask that you provide us 3 hours notice should an appointment no longer be convinient for you. If this notice is not respected, 50% of the regular fee will be charged.
